Medicon Leather is a well established and highly reputed manufacturer of watch straps and leather belts. They supply watch straps to all the reputed manufacturers of watches in India. They have been consistently winning Supplier Excellence Award from Titan, India's most respected watch manufacturer. Apart from being a manufacturer of the well known 'BULCHEE' brand of leather accessories, Medicon is also associated with many famous international brands such as Allen Solly, Louise Philippe, etc.

WebEdge was associated with the totally integrated, customized ERP of Medicon from concept to commissioning - having gone through the 6D process.

The company migrated from the 'partially integrated' FoxPro based package to the 'totally integrated' package developed by us encompassing the entire sales order processing, production and materials planning, quality control, purchasing (multi currency), product development, manufacturing, inventory control, distribution, contract manufacturing, stock accounting, and sales returns.

The project took 10 months from 'Discover' to 'Deploy' and our client is extremely pleased with the high productivity and efficiency achieved after implementation. In particular, the accounting of Customer Supplied Raw Materials was simplified and streamlined which delighted Medicon's most prestigious customer - Titan Watches.
