In partnership with the client
organization, we conduct a thorough evaluation of the client's existing
business requirements, study the current process, analyze gaps and
identify opportunities for improvements.
Our study methodology would include structured discussions with the
client, graphical representation of the existing processes with cycle
times and costs, review of client organization's targets and redesign
of the processes to deliver the expected results, and recommendations
on the technology platforms that would have the capability to productively
implement the defined processes.
The output of this exercise would be an input to developing the 'Software
Requirement Specifications' of the client organization's enterprise
solution needs.

Project Management |
Typically, end-user organizations do not have the internal resources
to focus their time and attention on overseeing the software development
activities (in-house or outsourced) in their organization. Our project
management team will understand the analyze business needs and the
software requirement specifications and interact with the solutions
provider (in-house or outsourced) to track the progress of the project
and send early warning signals on potential delays.
The output of this exercise is a periodic (weekly) report with
graphical and text content highlighting the planned and actual timelines,
the critical path and costs, using MS-Project or equivalent tools.

Report Services |
We development team has excellent skills in SQL queries and Crystal
Reports. These enable us to deliver simple, medium and complex information
from multiple tables in user friendly formats on a standard, one-time
and ad-hoc basis.
Typically, the client gives us the full or condensed table structure
with sample data and data dictionary. The lead time for generation
of the report varies depending on complexity and number but normally
would be :
Within 24 hours - simple reports and queries
Within 72 hours - moderately complex reports
Within 5 days - complex reports

& Cleansing |
We provide data verification and
cleansing services on medium and large databases based on business
rules and validations defined by the client.
Customized tools will be developed as required to enable easy visual
checks and/or automated error detection and cleansing. |
