Deployment
will commence only after satisfactory completion of User Acceptance
Testing and a certification to that effect.
Appropriately qualified technical personnel will be placed on-site
at the test locations during deployment. During the Warranty period,
on-site personnel will be provided based on need. Bugs discovered,
if any, during deployment will be responded to based on the nature
and seriousness of the bug and the effort required to remove them.
At the end of the 'Deploy' process, which is typically till the end
of 'Warranty' period, the software will have been successfully implemented
at the client site. Bugs, if any, will have been identified and resolved.
It would be advisable for the client to implement the new system in
parallel with the existing system for a period of 3 months, before
going 100% live. The software will be under client's control and any
further support required would be subject to a maintenance contract.
