Deployment will be subject to fulfilment of System Acceptance Criteria
outlined below:
The application will be considered suitable for acceptance if
it delivers the functionality as outlined in the 'Features and Functionalities'
document that will be signed off on completion of the Design Phase.
The application has
to meet two important criteria :
Completeness
The 'Completeness' of the application will be determined by checking
the functionality of the delivered software with the scope document
agreed to
Correctness
The 'Correctness' of the application will be determined through User
Acceptance Testing. The bugs identified during this process will be
prioritized based on the following guidelines:
Priority 1 - Show Stopper - there is no work around
Priority 2 - Critical - Work around exists but is not acceptable
Priority 3 - Moderate - Work around exists and is acceptable
Priority 4 - Cosmetic- with minor changes required
All Priority 1 and Priority 2 bugs will be fixed during the warranty
period, failing which the warranty period automatically stands extended.
