We study and audit the existing business processes of our client’s operations, identify the areas that offer the highest scope of delivering value to the clients and define/develop the IT Roadmap for the client organization.

Typically, our advise would be to implement an available, off-the-shelf solution (with or without customization). If no readymade solutions exist (that meet the business requirements and at prices the client can afford), our advise is to go for the “Build” option.  The “build” could be from any of the possible resources – client, WebEdge or a suitable 3rd Party that woud best fit the client’s budget, pace and culture.

This service will be provided by resources who are MBAs from Indian Institute of Management or other reputed institutes, with good support from our experienced, competent IT resources.
