In partnership with the client organization, we conduct a thorough evaluation of the client's existing business requirements, study the current process, analyze gaps and identify opportunities for improvements.

Our study methodology would include structured discussions with the client, graphical representation of the existing processes with cycle times and costs, review of client organization's targets and redesign of the processes to deliver the expected results, and recommendations on the technology platforms that would have the capability to productively implement the defined processes.

Depending on the maturity level of existing processes, the benefits from redesigned processes could be anything from marginal to quantum improvements.

The output of this exercise would normally be an input to developing the 'Software Requirement Specifications' of the client organization's enterprise solution needs
