ACN ORG-MARG is India's most reputed consulting company in
the field of Market Research. The company has nearly 100,000
retail outlets based in over 1500 locations in India where
audits are conducted periodically by a field force of over
600 personnel.
Our project is an enterprise application covering their Field
Operations. The major functionalities in the application include
empanelment of outlets for new and existing audits, allocation
of outlets to field personnel, changes in allocation, cancellation
and recruitment of outlets, tracking of successful and unsuccessful
audits, disbursement of payments/gifts to outlets, tracking
of internal communications amongst field personnel, quality
management system and a host of MIS reports relating to each
of the above areas.
The application has been built on dual platform - client-server
for field administration processes and web based for field
related processes with a common database for both the platforms.
Built with user-friendly interfaces, the application enables
field administration personnel to significantly increase their
productivity through a high degree of accuracy as well as
speed of conducting their business. The communications tracking
module enables field personnel to focus on unresolved issues
with automatic reminders on tasks overdue for completion.
Apart from being involved with the project from conceptualization
stage, WebEdge has infused many new ideas in their business
processes that brings about a "paradigm shift" in
the way their field operations have been defined, organized
and managed.
