Broadly, WebEdge Team works at 3 levels:
1) IT Strategy Consulting
We study and audit the existing business processes of our client’s operations, identify the areas that offer the highest scope of delivering value to the clients and define/develop the IT Roadmap for the client organization.
Typically, our advise would be to implement an available, off-the-shelf solution (with or without customization). If no readymade solutions exist (that meet the business requirements and at prices the client can afford), our advise is to go for the “Build” option. The “build” could be from any of the possible resources – client, WebEdge or a suitable 3rd Party that woud best fit the client’s budget, pace and culture.
This service will be provided by resources who are MBAs from Indian Institute of Management or other reputed institutes, with good support from our experienced, competent IT resources.
2) IT Project Management
Most IT implementations can succeed if and only if the project is properly managed. – right from the time of understanding requirements to the time of end user training and post-Go Live support. Most end user organizations do not have the right resources that can devote the time and energy IT projects generally demand.
WebEdge steps in as the Project Management Team to ensure that the deliverables are clearly defined, milestones are identified and on going monitoring to "ensure that promises are kept”.
The resources assigned for this service will be Project Leaders and above with at least 5 years experience in leading / managing mid-sized IT Projects / Implementations.
3) IT Solutions Delivery
And there are clients who leave it to us to deliver the complete solution – from identifying project opportunities, interacting with business heads and understanding their business issues and priorities all the way down to interacting with the operations team to gather requirements and delivering a magical new solution that increases productivity in the operations and deliver products to the business team that would delight their customers. Years of trust that good clients never fail to recognize!
The resources assigned for solutions development will be experienced software engineers / MCAs with minimum of 3+ years experience, guided by competent Project Managers.
